Shipping Policy

All uk shipping is posted with a tracking number as standard, This will be with EVRI or DHL, You cannot choose which carrier we use unfortunately. Standard shipping can be expected within 7-10 working days from the point of ordering. Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm, Please note this excludes bank holidays, Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates. 

Next day postage is strictly UK only, These orders must be placed before 12pm, If your order comes through later and we have time to pack it, We will but this cannot be guaranteed, Next day  orders will not be next day if they are placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, They will be packed on the Monday and arrive on the Tuesday, We will not refund any payments if you fails to check this before hand. 

We do ship our BOBOS ONLY internationally, However there is a set cost of £25 per order, This will be a tracked service and can sometimes take up to 30 days to arrive in your country, Please do not contact us to chase your order until it has been at least 30 days, International shipping can incur additional charges, This is your responsibility should this occur. Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates. PLEASE NOTE, WE MUST BE INFORMED OF DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS WITHIN 40 DAYS OF ORDERING,AFTER THIS PERIOD OF TIME WE WILL NO LONGER OFFER A REFUND

We will NOT accept returns on off centred bobo balloons, This is a case of them not being correctly prepped before inflating. We will accept returns on any packs which are in the same condition as they were sent out in, Returns are at your cost, We do not supply a returns label.
