All uk shipping is posted with a tracking number as standard, This will be with Royal Mail, Evri or DHL, You cannot choose which carrier we use unfortunately. Standard shipping can be expected within 14-30 working days from the point of ordering. Next day delivery is only available on orders placed before 12pm, Inflated balloons cannot be posted next day unless we have agreed otherwise before ordering, Please note this excludes bank holidays, Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates.
Next day postage is strictly UK only, These orders must be placed before 12pm, If your order comes through later and we have time to pack it, We will but this cannot be guaranteed, Next day orders will not be next day if they are placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, They will be packed on the Monday and arrive on the Tuesday, We will not refund any payments if you fail to check this before hand. Inflated balloons are not available for not day delivery unless we have agree otherwise prior to ordering.
We do ship our BOBOS ONLY internationally, However there is a set cost of £25 per order, This will be a tracked service and can sometimes take up to 30 working days to arrive in your country, Please do not contact us to chase your order until it has been at least 30 days, International shipping can incur additional charges, This is your responsibility should this occur. Please make sure your contact information is correct when ordering as this is where you will receive your shipping updates. We will NOT accept returns on off centred bobo balloons, This is a case of them not being correctly prepped before inflating. We will accept returns on any packs which are in the same condition as they were sent out in, Returns are at your cost, We do not supply a returns label.
Balloon Policy
• Returns and Replacements: We do not accept returns on inflated balloons, as these are personalized. However, if your balloon arrives damaged, we will replace it promptly.
• Order Deadlines:
• Minimum Lead Time: We do not accept orders for inflated balloons less than one week before your event. This ensures we have adequate time to replace your balloon in the unlikely event it arrives damaged.
• Recommended Lead Time: To guarantee your order arrives on time, we highly recommend placing your order at least 1-2 months before your event.
• Delivery and Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders that fail to arrive in less than 30 working days from the order date.
• Durability: Our balloons are extremely long-lasting and durable. When cared for correctly, they can last for years, making them ideal for early preparation.
